Now here is a question for you

Not only do Senegalese mothers, tested at post natal clinics have only a tenth of the amount of HIV infection, 3,000 per 100,000  (3%) instead of 30,000 per 100,000 (30%) as compared to neighboring countries, their life expectancy and health outcomes are also significantly better. Now why would that be?
